Live Support: See that button on the home page that says “Click here for Live Support”? Just click on it to get instant, live support from someone at MNHookah! If there’s no one online to chat, you can easily send Tarik and Ramsey an email by clicking on the same button and filling out the form that pops up.

Points / Rewards System: To reward you as a frequent customer, we’ve introduced a new points / rewards program that makes it easy to earn discounts on purchases here at Minnesota Hookah. As of August 11th, when you make a purchase, you will receive one point for every dollar spent. Once you have at least 50 points, you may use your points balance to receive a discount on your next purchase. It’s simple!

Order Status Updates By Email / Track Packages From Your Account: Now, when you place an order with Minnesota Hookah, you will be automatically notified whenever your order is updated. You will also receive an email with your order’s USPS tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

If a tracking number is available for your order, you can see the USPS tracking details by visiting your MNH customer account, clicking “View” next to the order you wish to track, and then clicking the “Track” button next to your order’s tracking number.

For weeks I’ve been attempting to redo the design to accomidate a new category of products here at MNH, Hookah Startup Kits. It has taken too long to get that done, so for now the Light-Up hookahs category has been removed, and its products moved to appropriate size section. View The New Category!!

Also the new products box has been updated and now shows the new stuff. I’m working on either trying to redo the script that already is built in to show new products or to write my own. I will keep everyone updated on that progress.

Last bit of update, the Testimonials box is being working on now, getting help from a fellow coder, hopefully soon we will have a fully working one that auto updates. For now send any testimonials to us through the contact page. I will try and update those as often as possible!!

This new design uses fully standard compliant code, with CSS controlling all aspects of the look of the design. This new design is also a table less design and as such, has less coding and loads much faster. Along with some image optimization, this new design should prove much better looking, working, and loading for all users.

Due to an error on my part in adding some new features to the site, only United States residents could register for an account on the site. That has been taken care of now and things are running smoothly again.

With less errors than i was expecting, I’ve had more time to work on the new theme, which should be released in a week or so. Its a re-working of the current theme to better suit the needs and wants of the owners here at MNH. It also uses more of the built in power of OSC, along with the STS(Simple Template System) we use. It’s also done in xhtml and CSS standards compliant code, so it should function better on everyones computer, along with much faster load times. Expect that release in a few weeks.

We find it fitting to start the new year out with a bang, so we will be opening our site, along with a grand opening 1 day New Years Day/Grand Opening sale!!
