You may have noticed a few changes around the site. Here are some of the new features:
Live Support: See that button on the home page that says “Click here for Live Support”? Just click on it to get instant, live support from someone at MNHookah! If there’s no one online to chat, you can easily send Tarik and Ramsey an email by clicking on the same button and filling out the form that pops up.
Points / Rewards System: To reward you as a frequent customer, we’ve introduced a new points / rewards program that makes it easy to earn discounts on purchases here at Minnesota Hookah. As of August 11th, when you make a purchase, you will receive one point for every dollar spent. Once you have at least 50 points, you may use your points balance to receive a discount on your next purchase. It’s simple!

Order Status Updates By Email / Track Packages From Your Account: Now, when you place an order with Minnesota Hookah, you will be automatically notified whenever your order is updated. You will also receive an email with your order’s USPS tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
If a tracking number is available for your order, you can see the USPS tracking details by visiting your MNH customer account, clicking “View” next to the order you wish to track, and then clicking the “Track” button next to your order’s tracking number.
