MNH Return Policy

You may return an item for a full refund within 10 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To quickly process your return you will need to email sales@mnhookahs.com prior to returning the items. All returned goods must be sealed, unused and in original packaging. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Customer Error

All merchandise must be in UNUSED condition Customer must return items in original packaging within 30 days. Credit for purchase amount will be refunded minus original shipping fees.
